Their, There and They’re
This can be a bit tricky but remember that:
A – ‘Their’ means ownership or belonging to, e.g. their books, their sister.
B – Examples of ‘there’. There she is. Stand over there. There will be trouble.
C – ‘They’re’ is an abbreviation of ‘they are’, and sometimes it is easier if you say ‘they are’ to yourself in order to get the right answer.
D - Example of all three words: They’re taking their shoes off over there.
E - There are not many answers using ‘they’re’, and they’re near to the end.
